About Us

Here we go again! There is so much more of our great United States still to see that we have become full-timers again. In addition to seeing new sights, we will be volunteering our services at national and state parks and points of interest. Check out our diary style blog below to follow us on our travels. Also, look into our archive and check the exciting places we have seen.

Wednesday, February 14, 2018 Valentine's Day

Our RV has been ready for a couple of days but they need us to pick it up today as they are out of room to park additional RV's in their lot.  Gary and I left the ranch around 9:00am after giving Mom her breakfast.  Honey refused to eat her breakfast so my sister will try to get her to eat later.  We had to drive home so we could switch vehicles.  We quickly unloaded my Toyota and hopped in the truck for our trip to Escondido to pick up the Titanium.  The service guy insisted on hitching up the trailer while we paid the bill in the office.  Somehow he got the hitch stuck in the wrong position preventing us from locking it in place.  Then he blew a fuse after spraying some spray in the cable.  Geeze, I told Gary we should of hitched up before we went inside.  Anyway, after a while we were able to leave and take the Titanium back to the storage lot.  Gary and I had a hard time getting it into position as the RV lot is small and we have to back down an S curve driveway threw two gate and make a sharp turn into the lot without hitting any other vehicles.  We were both pooped when we got home and took a nap.  All the stress of the week, the long drive home and then the drive to and from the RV Service Center were exhausting.  This evening we went to our favorite Italian Restaurant for our Valentine's Day dinner.  That's all for today.
